First up, you'll notice a slight redesign. Based on some feedback, we decided to lighten the colors up a bit and update our logo to better reflect what Follow Up does. We hope you like it.
We've also introduced some brand new pricing plans. You can view the details of those on our home page. While some of our plans did increase, we are also happy to announce that current customers have been grandfathered into the price they are currently paying. That won't ever change.
Another key feature around pricing is that we have decided to switch to limits on the number of texts sent vs the number of participants you can manage. Numerous of you reached out and said you wanted to be able to upload all of your members to our database, but because of our previous limits, it wasn't possible. Now it is! The only thing we now limit is the number of texts messages you can send in a month. One of the reasons we had to do this is because Verizon recently increased our cost by more than double. This will help us maintain our product and continue to provide updates and support to our customers.
