New Features
Over the next few days, you'll soon experience the following new features. If at any point, you have an issue, please reach out to our support team.
Domain
When we first launched Follow Up, we branded it under our parent company, Hopeware. While we still manage the product, we decided it was ready for a domain of it's own. We're proud to announce it's new location at wefollowup.app.
Don't worry, the current domain (followup.hopeare.com) will still work, so none of your bookmarks will fail.
Groups
This is probably our biggest requested feature, and we're happy to say it's ready to be put to good use. You will now have the ability to create groups and add participants to as many as you'd like. You can even import a file of users directly into a specific group. Lastly, you will also have the ability to add an entire group to a sequence.
Scheduled vs Sent
Now on any participants page, you can see what messages have been scheduled and which ones have been sent. This is helpful for keeping track of the messages each person receives.
Status Breakdown
While it's nice to see messages on an individual basis, there is a new status section that will show you a list of all messages that are scheduled, sent, or if applicable, failed.
Support Center
We are also excited to roll out a full support system, that will continue to get built out over time. This will be a place to house videos and guides to help you make the most of Follow Up.

Bug Fixes
Lastly, as with any good software release, we've squashed a handful of bugs and increased the speed of a few of our processes. This likely won't effect you too much, but know that we are always working to improve the product.
